Founded in Randolph County, NC, in the early 1940’s, when a small group of human resources professionals formed to discuss issues related to personnel administration. Over the years, we have grown and expanded to champion all aspects for the highest professional standards of HR ethics and performance.
CCHRPA members are exceptional human resources professionals from all aspects of local business industries. We strive to empower and educate HR professionals at all levels to execute strategic business objectives through networking events, educational opportunities, professional development, community involvement, best-practice concepts and more. Today, CCHRPA has over 50 members and is home to the area’s most talented and dynamic HR strategic business partners.
